I believe there is no such thing as a 'recipe'. For me, recipes come with restriction, uncreativeness and boredom. Who says you can't enjoy bread if your gluten intolerant, chocolate cake if you have diabetes? Regardless of preference, allergy/intolerance, or chronic disease, recipes can be modified to suit you.

Rhi-eal meals is a collection of ideas from which i have gathered, and are in the process of gathering, that people can use to prepare their own meals at home. These ideas have been formulated to encompass nutrition, nature, and well-being, aspects i believe are important to consider in the preparation of meals.
